  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, honey, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and turn to coat.
  4. Grill the chicken breasts for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  5. Serve immediately.

Tips

  • To make sure the chicken is cooked through, insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the breast. The internal temperature should read 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • If you don't have a grill, you can also cook the chicken breasts in the oven. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and bake the chicken breasts for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • Serve the chicken breasts with your favorite sides, such as grilled vegetables, rice, or mashed potatoes.
